Service alerts applicable to this departure. Shared instances from PTStopInfo.alerts; empty when none apply.

Note: a NoService alert overlaps with PTTrip.isCancelled - isCancelled remains the authoritative "don't ride this" flag; the alert supplies the user-facing reason.
