Timezone topic

Use these helpers to look up IANA timezone IDs, offsets and local time for a geographic location or for a known timezone identifier.

• TimezoneResult: Immutable value object that contains timezone details: timezoneId, offset, utcOffset, dstOffset, localTime, and status.
• TimezoneService: High-level synchronous and asynchronous helpers to fetch timezone information by coordinates or by IANA timezone identifier.

Call TimezoneService with geographic coordinates or a known timezone ID to get back a TimezoneResult object. The result contains the full timezone ID, the current UTC offset in milliseconds, the daylight saving time offset in milliseconds, and the local time as a DateTime object. Can be used to determine the local time at a specific location/time zone.
