DateTime get satelliteTime

UTC timestamp when the position data was collected by satellite.

This represents the actual time when the GPS satellite recorded the position, which may differ from the device's acquisition time. Timestamps should increase monotonically for subsequent positions; data with timestamps from the past will be discarded by the positioning system.
